Recreational gymnastics for kids, walking to 9 years old in Cape Coral.
Built on play, with programming designed by a licensed occupational therapist.
Maybe your child has energy to burn and nowhere to put it. Maybe they already tried a sport and hated how serious it got, or they're a little behind on coordination and you don't want them feeling bad about it. Or maybe they just need somewhere to move, make friends, and be a kid for an hour.
Any of those is a good reason to come.
No pressure track. We're recreational and we're staying that way. Your child shows up to move and have fun. There's no tryout to pass and nowhere they're expected to "go" with it.
OT-designed. A licensed occupational therapist builds and reviews our programming. Plenty of gyms say every kid is welcome here. We're the one that put real expertise behind it.
Built for every kind of mover. First-timers, children with sensory needs, children who need to work on coordination. The routine stays accessible and the coaches stay patient, so every child gets to win at their own speed.
Come see for yourself!

Hi, I'm Coach Melana (Coach Lana works too!).
I've been coaching gymnastics and kids' sports for years, on top of 15+ years as an athlete myself, including time training around the USA Gymnastics team.
There's nothing better than watching a child grow in confidence and believe in themselves.
I keep things fun, safe, and welcoming so your child can ease in at their own pace, because a little encouragement and a few celebrated small wins go a long way with a nervous child.
As a mom to a wild 3-year-old (and a small zoo of animals), I thrive in the happy chaos. Can't wait to meet your kiddo!

A few things parents usually ask:
That's exactly who these classes are for. We start wherever your child is!
No, and we don't plan to. Recreational is the whole point.
You can make it up in another class in the same age group that week if there's room. As classes and openings are limited, we recommend you do your best to make it to your reserved class.
These classes were designed with children like yours in mind. The routine stays accessible, the coaches are patient, and a licensed OT helped shape the whole program.
